Custom Desk & Monitor Stand Artwork Guide
Bring your own photo or artwork to an eligible Guilds Zenith desk or Altura monitor-station finish. This guide helps you prepare the image, understand the preview and choose a design for your gaming or workspace setup.

What can I customise?
Choose from the available Guilds themes or select Custom Design to upload your own image on an eligible product. Customisation applies to the printed artwork and available finishes. The Zenith configurator offers 140 × 78 cm and 160 × 78 cm tabletops; it does not offer made-to-measure dimensions.
Start with the original image
- Use the sharpest original file available, rather than a screenshot or a copy compressed by a messaging app.
- The upload interface accepts JPG and PNG. Check the displayed file-size limit on your selected product before uploading.
- If your phone supplies a HEIC image, export a JPEG copy first.
- Upload an image you own or have permission to reproduce on the product.
How many pixels do I need?
More original pixels allow finer detail and more flexibility when cropping. A 300 dpi label alone does not add detail to an image.
For Zenith, our 2400 × 1792 px, 300 dpi test gave an acceptable, softer finish. This is a reference from that test, not a promise that every image at those dimensions will print equally well. The original focus, compression, chosen crop and enlargement all affect the finished result. Send your highest-quality original and ask Guilds if you are unsure.
Position and crop your artwork
- Choose the product size and custom finish.
- Upload the image and open the positioning editor.
- Move, crop and zoom the artwork so the important subjects sit where you want them on the displayed surface.
- Review the full surface, save the placement and check your selected configuration before adding it to cart.
Keep important faces, text and design details in view when reviewing the crop. The preview is a placement guide; printed colours and fine detail can vary. Your original image and saved placement are attached to the custom item when you add it to cart. Refreshing the page clears an unsaved upload.
Match your desk and monitor station
You can use the same original artwork on eligible Zenith and Altura finishes. Adjust the crop separately for each surface, because a desk and monitor station have different proportions. Matching can mean repeating the same image, choosing a consistent colour palette or pairing complementary Guilds themes.
Understand the custom-print price
Custom printing is an optional paid finish. Your selected product configuration shows the price for the size, finish and add-ons you choose. Review the selection and total before ordering.
